Return Policy

• We accept preapproved returns on incorrect items within 7 days of purchase. They must be returned in new, unopened, and re-sellable condition unless defective. We do not warranty or guarantee satisfaction on the products that we sell. If you have a warranty or quality issue you must contact the manufacturer of your product directly for service. The manufacturers that we deal with will be delighted to help you and almost always far exceed the customer's expectations with their solutions. Example "I don't like the way that this chocolate tastes." We may actually agree with you but we have no control over how a company manufactures their product so we cannot guarantee satisfaction of the product itself. This does not however mean that we do not care about your satisfaction with the quality of your product. We also would like you to let us know about any quality issues that you have with your products and how the manufacturers handled your complaint. We are quite serious about this. If you have a bad experience with a manufacturer we may not want to do business with them again ourselves so please let us know. If you are returning a product you must contact us first to get approval and instructions. We do not refund shipping and handling costs under any circumstances. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All refunds are electronic and directly back to the same payment method that you used to check out no exceptions.

• Contact us if you would like to pay with Western Union or Money Order
• If you know of another payment method that we should consider adding then please let us know.

Loss Prevention and Fraud

• Olympic Bodybuilding strives to be a leader in fraud prevention by using multiple loss prevention measures. Olympic Bodybuilding reserves the right not to ship any order that our loss prevention department has deemed suspicious. Occasionally our loss prevention department will detain an order from being shipped until further verification has been obtained.  Olympic Bodybuilding reserves the right to only ship to the billing address of the credit card used to order. Using billing and shipping information that does not match will almost certainly slow your order down. This does not apply to US Military addresses. Olympic Bodybuilding prosecutes fraud to the fullest extent of the law. We have one of the toughest loss prevention departments in the industry and are prepared to prosecute any offense from fraudulent chargeback to multiple credit card fraud.  

Sales Tax

• We are required by law to collect what is known as "common taxes." This means that shipped orders within the state of Nevada must include the sales taxes that the recipients address has in common with our physical address.  

Anabolic Steroids and HGH

• Disclaimer: Olympic Bodybuilding does not condone, promote, support, or facilitate the use of anabolic steroids or any other performance enhancing drugs.  Olympic Bodybuilding does not sell any product that has been deemed by the FDA to be an anabolic agent (i.e. steroid, HGH) regardless of the manufacturer's claims.  

Acceptance Of Terms

• Checking out through our website constitutes acceptance of all of our terms and conditions including our shipping policies. If you have not read all of these then please do before checking out.  We are fortunate to have an expert on international business law on staff so do not think that because you are at a remote location that you cannot be found and held accountable for your actions.
